These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and db678 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). 2. Eligibility

To register and use a db678 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. db678 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point during your account's lifetime, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility criteria are not met or where the information provided proves to be false or misleading.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Corporate entities and artificial persons may not register player accounts.
• You must register under your own true legal name and provide accurate, complete and current personal information. Impersonating another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of db678 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of db678 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment partners or technology suppliers.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the db678 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If db678 identifies that a player has registered more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — all duplicate accounts and any associated bonuses or winnings may be voided and the accounts closed. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. db678 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You must notify db678 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. db678 reserves the right to lock any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.
• db678 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage, including before processing withdrawals, activating bonuses, or following a period of inactivity. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• You must keep your registered personal information up to date at all times. Outdated or incorrect details that result in failed payment processing are the account holder's responsibility, not db678's.
• db678 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, following written notification to the registered email address. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be held for a period specified in the closure notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Policy

db678 accepts deposits via the following Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where technically possible, minus any transaction fees incurred.
• db678 does not charge a deposit fee for any supported payment method. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside db678's control and are your responsibility.
• db678 reserves the right to refuse, delay or reverse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may be requested by any player who has completed the applicable KYC verification and who has a positive real-money balance in their account. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. db678 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• db678 targets processing all mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) withdrawal requests within the same business day. Bank card withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on the issuing bank.
• db678 charges no platform-side withdrawal fee for mobile wallet payouts. Bank card withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed prior to confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there is an open bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, where KYC verification is outstanding, or where there is an active investigation into the account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

db678 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each offer and to the following general conditions, which apply unless a specific offer's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless an offer's specific terms state otherwise. db678 reserves the right to determine whether two or more accounts are operated from the same location.
• db678 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or any other violation of these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute violations of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and permanent account closure. db678 also reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity, whether with or without that person's consent.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a manner that is not the result of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market, or exploiting any known or suspected software error, loophole, or technical vulnerability.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to exploit bonuses or promotions in bad faith, including through coordinated multi-account bonus abuse.
• Threatening, abusing, defaming, or harassing db678 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of any criminal activity or attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with any part of the db678 platform's technology or game software.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on db678 are provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming and NetEnt. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules take precedence with respect to game mechanics. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. db678 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the db678 platform — including but not limited to the db678 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, source code, database structures, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of db678 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the db678 platform without the prior written consent of db678.

11. Privacy
